Arbes Hotel - Prague

I appreciated the spacious and well-equipped room . The breakfast offered a good variety, particularly the fresh breads and pastries. I found the lack of easily accessible electrical outlets inconvenient, and some noise disturbances from neighbors affected my sleep quality.

The breakfast was good and had plenty of food.

Good position, friendly staff, good price. We're not disappointed at all.

Internet access in rooms is provided through LAN cable only. Did you think of those people using iPad or smartphone (as I do)?.. ))

Take advantage of the hotel's complimentary tea and coffee facilities, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up after exploring the city.

staff very helpfull - private parking, even if 15 euros/night - possibility to let the car in the parking even after check-out - tramway 2 minutes walk from hotel - clean room and bathroom - good breakfast

Location, appearance

When we arrived we were asked to pay immediately for the full five days. We explained that we may leave a bit earlier and were assured that in such case we would be fully reimbursed. On the morning of the third day we had advised we would be leaving after four days. We were told there would be no refund. I asked to speak to the boss, Mrs H., described the assurance we were given on arrival and she still refused to refund. After an extended discussion she arbitrarily promised she would send 100 Euro to our Visa account. This is a dishonest dealing; we will never return to this hotel and I will write about their dishonesty comment on the Internet information about their hotel. Dr Paul Grof

the hotel provides satisfactory breakfast with cakes, pastries, hot chocolate from coffee maker. make sure you stay in the king room with all necessary equipment, a single bed, toilet separed.

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The mattress was uncomfortable and I found using the shower a bit awkward due to its placement. The decor was traditional and a bit worn but the location near public transport was a plus.

A comfortable friendly hotel in a very convenient position pleasantly outside the touristy part of town.

High standard king room with all necessary equipment, bathtub, for example. Good service, parking on-site.

The parking situation was dire. I found the cost to be exorbitant for such a confined space, leaving me feeling quite uneasy after the complicated maneuvering.

I like the outlook of the hotel. I really love the cosy feeling of this hotel and all the receptionists that I have encountered are so friendly! I have encountered at least 4 of them and each of them are so helpful. Very very good experience for the first time. :)

Although the wi-fi service was gratis, dont expect too much. It was extremely weak during my stay and found it very difficut to do any work/surfing whilst there

Hotel is located in cool place - there are not so many tourists in this part of city but still it is very close to old Prague. Nice restaurant just in front of the hotel entrance. Wifi connection is perfect anywhere in the hotel. Also very nice breakfasts

No a/с! If you have long hair better take your hair dryer with you- the ones installed in rooms are not powerfull enough so drying hair will take much much longer
